Call to Action: In this day and age, Faith and sports are in competition with each other. However, it is our belief that sports and athletics are an amazing avenue to teach youth and young adults holiness, integrity, virtue, sacrifice, and courage, qualities much needed in this world. In a society where countless kids have a passion for sports, why not witness to these kids in the arena, on the field, or in the weight room? Cross training will do just that, fuse Faith and sport by utilizing performance training as the catalyst to help build youth and young adults into the Eternal Champions they were created by God to be. Sport will be put into its proper place, not as a higher priority than Faith and God as many see it today, but as a tool to live as the Eternal Champion God created us to be.
Ultimate Athlete Camps speak the Faith in the athlete's language. In these camps, individuals will be called to lay down their life for their neighbor, live courageously, and sacrifice to the level they want to achieve. This will make a lasting impact and prepare individuals to live a life of integrity no matter the situation because, not only did they hear it in the talks, they experienced first-hand in the training sessions.
Who is this camp catered to?
Any individual who is interested in fitness or sport is an excellent candidate for this camp. Individuals of any athletic ability can participate. Each will personally focus on eliminating their compensation patterns in order to work towards optimal human performance.
How intense are the faith-training sessions?
The sacrifice Christ made on the Cross out of love for us is the model of effort individuals must exert in order to display the miracle God created them to be. Whether the exercise movement is simple or not, what the individual puts into movement will determine the intensity they experience in the training sessions.
